Privacy

There is no account

You cannot sign in to this site, because there is nothing to sign in to. We do not ask for your name, we do not build a profile, and nothing you do here is tied to an identity.

Your pets stay in your browser

The species, number and weights you enter are kept in your browser’s session storage so they follow you between pages during your visit, and they appear in the address bar so you can share a link that shows the same results. They are not sent to us, not stored on a server, and they are gone when you close the tab.

Cookies and measurement

Essential storage keeps your cookie choice and your kilograms/pounds preference. Anything non-essential is only used if you accept it, and the banner offers accepting and rejecting as equally weighted choices. You can change your mind at any time.

When you contact us

If you send a correction or a message, we keep what you wrote so we can act on it. An email address is optional, and we use it only to follow up on what you told us.

Leaving this site

Booking buttons take you to a booking provider’s own site. What happens there is covered by their privacy notice, not this one.
